Where are the Arabs?

That history will often offer us opportunities for criticizing the Arabs and I believe that the present time is one of those opportunities.

I spoke before about the variety to be found within what one could call the Arab World; I spoke of the existence of many and different Arabs. As a consequence, I said that is was possible, for a Levantine Arab as myself, speak of Arabs as being a we, on some occasions, and as being a them, on other occasions.
